TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all individuals or entities (“you”) participating in any online training (“Workshop”) organized by Birgit Itse (“we” or “us”). Please ensure that you have read and understood the following:

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration form for a particular Workshop, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”), which will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). Your acceptance of these Terms extends to your employees, partners, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and any other persons attending the Workshop on your behalf. The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.

2. Payment

The fee for attending the Workshop (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form for the relevant Workshop. Prices are exclusive of VAT. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form and before the Workshop date. Failure to make payment within 7 days of registration will result in cancellation, with any refund at our discretion. Payment will be made via our designated merchant account provider or directly to our bank account, as notified to you. We reserve the right to offer price promotions at our discretion.

3. Refunds

All Workshop tickets are non-refundable, except as outlined in paragraphs 4 and 5 below. However, if you are unable to attend the Workshop, you may email us at hello@birgit-itse.com to provide the name of a substitute attendee.

4. Cancellation

In the event of Workshop cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the Registration Fee within 60 days of cancellation.

In case you register for the training and cancel your participation after the invoice has been issued, an administrative fee of £20 will be applied. This fee helps cover the administrative costs associated with issuing and managing the invoice. 

5. Postponement

If the Workshop is postponed for more than three months from the publicized date, you may cancel your ticket and receive a full refund by emailing us at hello@birgit-itse.com.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

We do not provide legal or financial advice during the Workshop, but rather training, templates, and guidance. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses.

7. Your Obligations

Any behaviour causing harm or nuisance to others at the Workshop will result in your removal, without refund. Compliance with general health and safety policies is mandatory, damages to your health and surroundings caused by you are your sole responsibility.

8. Promotional Materials

Your details may be included in promotional materials related to the Workshop. Copyright for promotional materials and Workshop content belongs to us and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Photography and Filming

Workshops will be recorded to enable participants to watch the replay. The replay will be available for 14 days, and sharing the link is prohibited. We reserve the right to photograph (screenshot) the Workshop. Unauthorized photography or filming is prohibited.

10. Data Protection

We will communicate with you using the contact details provided for Workshop purposes.

11. Tickets

No physical tickets will be issued, but a confirmation email will be sent. Attendee names will be on the Workshop list, granting access upon payment of the Registration Fee.

12. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you at the Workshop. Our total liability is limited to the Registration Fee paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Scottish law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
